Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from delivery to request a size or color exchange. The garment must be:
- Unused (not washed, not worn for training).
- With original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
The exchange is coordinated over WhatsApp. If the size/color you want is in stock, we set it aside and coordinate the physical swap (outbound + return shipping).
Buyer's-remorse returns
Same 15 days from delivery, same unused-garment conditions. Refund of 100% of the product value to the original payment method. Shipping cost is not refunded unless the original order shipped for free.
Returns for factory defects
If a garment has a manufacturing defect (seam, zipper, elastic, etc.), we replace or refund regardless of how much time has passed since delivery — the warranty applies as long as the garment is in normal use. See warranty for detail.
Who pays for shipping
- Exchange or return due to our error (wrong size shipped, factory defect): we cover shipping.
- Exchange or return due to buyer's remorse (you changed your mind, didn't fit as expected): you cover the return shipping.
NOT returnable
- Underwear (for hygiene).
- Products on sale marked as "final sale".
- Gift cards.
How to start an exchange or return
- Message us on WhatsApp with the word "Exchange" or "Return" +
your order reference code (format
XXXXXX). - The advisor confirms eligibility and tells you the carrier.
- You pack the garment with its original packaging + tags.
- You coordinate pickup (zones with coverage) or drop-off at a point.
- Once received and verified, we process the exchange (or refund within 5-10 business days depending on the payment method).
