How to reach us
WhatsApp is our main channel — orders, sizing questions, shipping status, warranties. The team is active during business hours and replies within 2 business hours.
If you prefer email, that's available too. We check it once a day, so for anything that needs a fast reply WhatsApp is better.
What kind of messages we handle
- Orders: you can start the purchase directly on WhatsApp by mentioning the product + size, or use the site cart and close it through "Confirm on WhatsApp".
- Sizing questions: send your height and weight, we'll recommend a size.
- Shipping status: mention your reference code

- Collabs, press, wholesale: by email at the address in the footer.
Business hours
Hours shift a bit by season. The current info shows at the top of the site whenever we're online. Outside hours you can still write — we'll reply on the first shift of the next business day.
Expected response times
- WhatsApp during business hours: < 2 hours.
- WhatsApp outside business hours: first shift of the next day.
- Email: < 24 business hours.
For urgent matters
If you have an order in transit with an issue (damaged package, didn't arrive on time), message us on WhatsApp with "URGENT" in the first line. We prioritize it over the general queue.
