We ship across the United States. We work with national carriers — the advisor confirms the chosen one when processing your order over WhatsApp.

Times start counting from payment confirmation, not from order placement.
Shipping costs
- Orders over USD 75: free shipping nationwide.
- Smaller orders: cost depends on zone, confirmed by the advisor when processing. Major metros typically USD 5-10, rest of the country USD 10-18.
How shipping works
- You confirm the order over WhatsApp with the advisor.
- You coordinate the payment method.
- Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed within 24 business hours.
- You receive the tracking code over WhatsApp.
- The carrier attempts delivery during business hours.
If you're not there when it arrives
The carrier typically retries delivery 2 more times. If after 3 attempts delivery isn't completed, the order returns to our warehouse and we coordinate a new dispatch with you (with or without additional cost depending on the case).
International shipping
For now we do not ship outside the United States. If you're in another country and want an order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll look at options case-by-case (typically under a "someone receives it in the US and brings it to you" model).
Shipping problems
If the package arrives damaged, incomplete or with any issue, take photos before signing for delivery and contact us on WhatsApp. We replace or refund without discussion when the damage is from transit.
