How do I place an order?
Pick the product, size and color, click "Add to cart" and then "Confirm on WhatsApp". A conversation opens with an advisor who verifies stock and confirms the payment method with you.
How do I pay?
You coordinate the payment method with the advisor over WhatsApp: bank transfer, deposit, or whichever method you have available. We don't process online payments — the flow is 100% over WhatsApp to make sure there's a human conversation before closing the sale.
How long does shipping take?
Depends on the city:
- NY / LA / Chicago metro: 1-3 business days.
- Other major US cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rural areas: 5-8 business days.
The advisor confirms the exact timeframe and the carrier when the order is processed.
Do you do exchanges and returns?
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a return. The garment must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You coordinate the logistics with the advisor over WhatsApp. See returns policy for the full detail.
What warranty do the garments have?
If a seam, zipper or technical element fails under normal use, we replace it. No time limit — the garment has to hold up for as long as you wear it. What it does NOT cover: wear from intentional abrasion, fading from incorrect washing, or damage from misuse.
What sizes do you carry?
XS, S, M, L and XL. Every product includes its specific size guide with measurements in cm. If you're between two sizes, message us on WhatsApp with your height and weight — the advisor will recommend one.
Are the products original?
Own design and local production. We don't resell third-party brands. Every SKU lists its real material composition in the tech sheet.
Can I pick up in store?
For now we operate online only. If you're in a city where we have an advisor on the ground, we can coordinate a meeting point for pickup without shipping cost.
