our WhatsApp flow, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

2. About us
FENYX is a technical activewear brand. The full legal information (registered business name, tax ID, registered address) is available on the contact page or by requesting it from the advisor over WhatsApp.
3. Products and availability
We do our best to keep stock and prices up to date on the site, but real availability is confirmed when the order is closed over WhatsApp. If a product listed on the site has sold out by the time of your order, we'll let you know before processing payment.
4. Prices
Prices shown are in US dollars (USD) or Colombian pesos (COP) depending on your preference. They include sales tax where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice, but an already confirmed order keeps the agreed price.
5. Payment
Payment is coordinated over WhatsApp with the advisor. Accepted methods (transfer, deposit, etc.) are confirmed when closing the order. We do not process online payments — the flow always passes through human confirmation before charging.
6. Shipping
Full shipping terms are in the shipping policy. Times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, strikes, logistical issues). We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs).
7. Exchanges and returns
Full policy in exchanges and returns. The legal deadlines that apply (15 days for buyer's right of withdrawal) are respected at all times.
8. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, designs, logo, brand) is the property of FENYX or used under license. It is not allowed to reproduce, distribute or use commercially without express written authorization.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is offered "as is". We do not warrant that it is free from errors, interruptions or viruses. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products beyond what applicable law requires.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the brand's registered jurisdiction. Any dispute is resolved in the competent courts of the city where the brand is domiciled, unless the law imposes a different forum.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date of last update below. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
