site (fenyxfit.com) and through WhatsApp conversations with our

- Contact information: name, WhatsApp number, email if you provide it voluntarily.
- Shipping information: address, city, phone for carrier coordination.
- Order information: products purchased, date, agreed payment method.
- Browsing data: pages viewed, device, approximate location (via IP). This is collected in aggregated and anonymous form to improve the site.
We do not collect sensitive financial information (card numbers, bank passwords) — payments are processed off-site.
